If you are in the midst of making planes to visit Canada and are looking for hotels for under $200 a night, you will discover that you have some pretty good options. Many of the hotels in Toronto are downtown so you will be close to all or most of the major attractions. The top five hotels for under $200 in Toronto in our estimation are the Courtyard by Marriott in downtown Toronto and the Westin Harbour Castle, which is also in downtown Toronto. The Renaissance Toronto Hotel is also a good choice as is the Sheraton Centre and the Doubletree by Hilton.

Courtyard by Marriott will cost you a little over $100 per night. Marriott is a pretty well-known hotel so you can trust that the service will be excellent and dependable and your room will be of good quality. This hotel makes for great accommodations for both personal and business travel. The rooms are nice sized, comfortable and clean. You will be able to use the Internet if you need to. They offer wireless and wired connections.

The Westin Harbour Castle Hotel has two towers and nearly 1000 rooms. It is located right near Lake Ontario and is also close to all of the city's top attractions. You will be in walking distance to the CN Tower, the Air Canada Centre and the various popular districts, such as the theatrical and financial ones. You can also take public transportation if you're not up for walking. The hotel has nice exercise facilities and an indoor pool. It will cost you around $160 per night to stay at the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel.

The Renaissance Toronto Hotel is located downtown and is also a one of the top hotels under $200 per night. Again, it is great for both personal and business travel.  The Hotel has nearly 350 rooms, great customer service and very nice amenities. 

The Sheraton Centre Hotel will cost you around $160 per night. This is a really gorgeous hotel and you will find gardens and waterfalls. It has earned the distinction as a CAA/AAA four diamond hotel. It is located right in downtown Toronto where you'll be close to all of the major districts and tourist attractions. You will find both an indoor and outdoor pool and an exercise area that is open 24 hours a day. They also have a spa so if you're interested in having any special treatments, such as massages or facials you can arrange for that. They also have stores within the Hotel.  You may order room service or hang out at one of the two lounges. You will have Internet access and will be able to utilize any equipment that you need to handle business responsibilities.
